To arrive where you want to be, you must know where you stand. That is the purpose of an assessment. Two tools can be used to accomplish an OPM3 assessment: OPM3 Online and OPM3 ProductSuite. However, OPM3 Online does not include questions that enable you to identify the improvements necessary to increase maturity according to the OPM3 Standard. OPM3 Online excludes 72% of the OPM3 Standard. By contrast, OPM3 ProductSuite is a robust toolset that address the entire OPM3 Standard and allows you to focus on the subsets of the Standard most relevant to your organization. It can be used only by vetted consultants like OPM Experts who have been certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to orchestrate the implementation of OPM3.
